In-Home & On-Call Support
Whether you are looking for in-home or virtual support, this flexible option gives you a reliable and trusted person postpartum.
Whether troubleshooting breastfeeding, meal prepping for the week, or doing newborn care while you shower or sleep, this time is fully flexible.
With an initial intake call or visit we’ll discuss your current postpartum plan/experience, and how a doula can best support you. This option includes:
Weekly check in calls
Set number of hours for in-home and/or virtual support, tailored to you

Nutrition and Meal Planning
Replenish and fuel your postpartum. Spend less time planning meals, more time bonding.
Intake call to discuss your food preferences, allergies and favorites. Follow ups to include:
Customized weekly meal templates, including grocery lists and recipes.
Two check in calls after delivery of plan
Optional: logistical support to facilitate meal train and delivery with your family and friends.
